MY husband and I are just finishing week 11, We both lost 8 pounds a few inches. We go to the gym at least 5 days for over 1 hour.
We are 95% good and do cheat somewhat.
My body type is like Robyn's and I thinkI should be further along.
My husband and I were about 20 pounds overweight. Is this a normal, slow progression or should we be doing something different?
