I need some help. I take an exercise protein bar before I workout in the mornings, this usually happens at 7 or shortly after 7 (15 min before I workout though). Once I am done my work out I get ready for the day and then take my protein shake. I start my meal plan from there but I am usually eating my first FAVAO meals at 8:30 or 9 and I am usually up till 11 at night. Do I still take all the meals in the day or should I eliminate one meal for my bar that I take in the morning? and what do I do when I am up till midnight? Do I eat another snack 3 hours after my 7 o'clock meal?
