This is my first week on Favao, and I had a headache and nausea (I believe) from the metabolic I had with lunch at 2:00, so I laid down for a nap, that became a 2-hour nap. So at 6:30 I had my 4:30 snack, and skipped dinner. My question is, if we need to take naps, does the "3-hours between meals" rule still apply, or should we delay meals the rest of the day?
