Yesterday, I watched the "burpee" video on the Favao website. I hadn't thought about burpees for 40 years. So, after my core workout this morning I did the burpee workout before my cardio. The 10 seconds between sets sure seemed a long time on the video when Scott was doing it. In real life, they were a very short 10 seconds!!! It was a good, hard workout for a couple of minutes. I had to sit down for a bit to catch my breath!!! EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THE BURPEE WORKOUT.
